Each rental is reserved for a specific period to ensure our collection remains available for the next member.
Garments returned after their scheduled return date without an approved extension will incur a late return fee.
If you anticipate a delay, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Continued failure to return a garment may result in additional charges, including the agreed replacement value, subject to the rental agreement.
Late fees and other recovery amounts will be applied without duplicating compensation for the same loss.
Late Fees may be subject to change:
$50 per calendar day or 20% of the base rental price, whichever is greater.
